Process Intelligence Senior Consultant

As a Process Intelligence Senior Consultant, you’ll take ownership of high-impact client projects, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and act as a strategic advisor in our client’s competetive edge.
Your expertise will help our clients gain transparency, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes — all while shaping our growing consulting practice.
 
What your role will look like

• Take the lead in client engagements: from scoping workshops and opportunity assessments to value realization
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across functions such as Finance, Procurement, and Sales
• Drive the design of tailored, value-driven solutions using process mining and operational insights
• Collaborate closely with our Data Science team to shape innovative use cases and ensure delivery excellence
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and help scale our consulting team through best practices
• Be part of fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

• A degree in Business Management, Economics, IT, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or process improvement
• Strong business acumen and a passion for helping companies unlock value through data and technology
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear, confident way
• Proven track record in leading client projects or strategic initiatives
• A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to balance detail with big picture thinking
• Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar project management systems
• Fluency in German and English 

 
 Nice to have

• Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis)
