As a Process Intelligence Consultant, you’ll help organizations gain transparency into their business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Together with your colleagues in data science, you’ll co-create smart, innovative solutions that improve performance and strengthen our clients' competitive edge.

What your Role will look like:
  • Leading workshops on value creation and use process mining to identify and qualify potentials for process improvements
  • Actively understanding of our customers' business challenges across Finance, Sales, Procurement, or other key business functions 
  • Communication of our solutions to key decision makers and senior management
  • Translate business needs into process mining use cases in collaboration with our data experts 
  • Supporting Processand's strategic initiatives that shape our future
 

Your profile

What you need to succeed:
  • Degree in Economics, Business Management, IT or a related field
  • A strong analytical mind, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
  • Curiosity for digital processes and a drive to create real business value
  • Interest in data and process mining
  • First experience with project tools like Jira and Confluence 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you enjoy working closely with business partners
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A good sense of ownership, creativity, and a proactive mindset
  • Fluent in German and English 

Nice to have:
  •  Previous experience as consultant
